1. Introduction

Welcome to Fluxe Cars ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform. Fluxe Cars provides vehicle rental and related mobility services designed to make your journey easy, secure, and enjoyable. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To rent or book a vehicle through Fluxe Cars:

• You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal driving age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You must possess a valid driver's license accepted in the country of vehicle pickup.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
• You must not have any previous account suspensions or violations with Fluxe Cars.
• We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and reject any booking or registration at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• The displayed prices include applicable taxes, fees, and charges unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed through the payment methods supported on our Platform.
• Fluxe Cars reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge a security deposit to your payment method prior to vehicle pickup.
• Failure to make payment may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
• If any discrepancies occur in pricing or availability due to technical errors, we reserve the right to correct them and notify you promptly.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

• You must present your valid driver's license, booking confirmation, and payment card used for the reservation at the time of pickup.
• Vehicles must be returned to the specified location, at the agreed time, and in the same condition as received.
• Late returns may incur additional fees.
• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required after return may result in additional charges.
• Fluxe Cars reserves the right to refuse vehicle handover to any customer who appears unfit or fails to meet verification requirements.

5. Use of Vehicle

The rented vehicle may only be used in accordance with applicable traffic laws and for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
• Permit unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle.
• Transport hazardous materials or engage in illegal activities.
• Exceed mileage or location restrictions (if applicable).

Violation of these conditions may lead to immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.

6. Insurance and Liability

• All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by local law.
• Additional insurance options (e.g., collision damage waiver, theft protection) may be purchased at checkout.
• You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by the selected insurance package.
• Fluxe Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle use, delay, or unavailability.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee or partial refund.
• "No-show" reservations (failure to pick up) are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Account and Privacy

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you.
• Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
• We may use anonymized data to improve service quality, optimize pricing, and enhance user experience.

9. Maintenance and Breakdown

• Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained by certified professionals.
• In the event of a breakdown, you must immediately contact Fluxe Cars' support team using the emergency number provided.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

10. Force Majeure

Fluxe Cars shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Fluxe Cars Platform—including logos, trademarks, images, text, software, and design—are the property of Fluxe Cars and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxe Cars and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from misuse of the vehicle.
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, booking, or access to our services without prior notice if we detect:

• Fraudulent activity, false information, or breach of these Terms.
• Abusive or unsafe behavior toward staff or other customers.

Upon termination, all pending payments become due immediately.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Fluxe Cars operates its headquarters. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Updates to Terms

Fluxe Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
